What you need to provide
A list of past customers or leads with at least a name and phone number or email. The more data the better — but we work with what you have. Common sources:
- Spreadsheet or CSV — exported from any system
- CRM export — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or anything else
- Phone contacts — even a screenshot of your call history works
- Old invoices — we’ll extract the contact info for you

How many contacts do I need?
The money-back guarantee applies to lists of 200 or more contacts. We’ll still run the campaign on smaller lists, but we’ll let you know upfront that the guarantee doesn’t apply below 200. The sweet spot is 500–2,000. If your list is very small, we’ll tell you before you pay.
Will this annoy my past customers?
No. The messages are personal, warm, and offer-forward — not spammy. They come from your business name, not a marketing company. Every message includes an easy opt-out. Response rates prove people appreciate being reached out to.
What if my list is messy?
That’s expected. We clean it — remove duplicates, fix formatting, flag bad numbers. You get the cleaned list back as part of the deliverable whether or not you continue with ScaleLocal.
How fast will I see results?
First responses typically arrive within 24–48 hours of the first message. Most campaigns see 80% of total responses within the first 10 days.
What counts as a “verified response”?
Any human reply: interest, booking request, referral, decline, or opt-out. Bounced messages and auto-replies do not count. Every response is documented in your report.
